I have been working as a Designer since 2002. In that time I have continually added new skills to better serve my clients and employers. I have served as an in-house designer for several Ottawa start-ups and creative agencies. Within these organizations I was almost always working with several departments handling many projects in various stages. In a typical day I will do some documentation for Finance, brochures for Sales, launch a landing page, and wireframe a workflow for a new software feature.

I work well serving many different groups within a large organization and I can manage a large variety of jobs efficiently with clear communication of priority and timing. I work very well under pressure, I am quickly able to assess and offer multiple solutions and then weigh the risks and benefits with my superiors to find the optimal outcome. I never back down from a challenge and I am not satisfied until every detail meets our standards.
